Our small team tries our best to get your candles shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 10 days from the time you’ve placed your order before you contact us for an update if you haven’t already received one as we are most likely dealing with more than the usual volume of orders.
If an incomplete or invalid address is submitted, or your package is returned to us for any other reason, you will be responsible for an additional shipping and handling fee. Your package will not be returned to you until this has been paid.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
On the rare occasion that we get something wrong with your order, we will replace and resend the correct item at no additional cost. Please contact us at email@example.com immediately should there be an issue with your order.
